WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As we custom print everything on demand, we do not accept returns. However if we shipped the wrong product due to our own error, we can correct this and send you the right one. Please send an image of the wrong item shipped to you along with a close up of the tag so we can confirm if you have received the wrong product.
DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?
We will only issue a refund if we ship you the wrong product or it is damaged and we no longer have the product you ordered available. Request must be made within 2 business days of receiving the product, anything longer and we will not issue refunds or exchanges.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel you order, you must submit a request at email@example.com along with your order number (in email subject line) within 24 hours of placing your order. Anything longer than that cannot be canceled as your T-Shirt has gone into production.
